BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

The non refundable amount of total in full is required within 7 days of confirming the booking or otherwise the booking will automatically be cancelled.

All payments must be paid in full before or in the case of same day booking, upon arrival.

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

If any payment under these terms and conditions are not met, then without prejudice to our other rights and remedies we may cancel your booking.

予約は返金不可で、予約から7日以内に全額支払いが完了しない場合、自動的にキャンセル扱いとなります。

ご到着前に全額支払いが原則です。

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group Bookings: A Booking for 6 persons or over is classified as a group booking and is subject to additional terms and conditions

6名以上の予約は団体予約となり、追加の利用規約が適用になります。

CANCELLATIONS

A Cancellation is any change to the room type or accommodation dates but we will accommodate as far as reasonably possible.

Bookings are non-refundable.

Early departures or no-shows are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

キャンセルとは部屋タイプや日付の変更も含まれますが、可能な限り対応します。

予約は全て返金不可が原則です。

早期出発またはノーショーは、いかなる状況においても返金の対象にはなりません。

PERSONAL PROPERTY

It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all time and are required to look after any of their property while on their possession in any parts of the premises.

Insurance & Personal Property: It is your responsibility to insure your personal effects, as Toemu Nozawa cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

トーエム野沢の敷地内での身の回り品の管理に関しては、常にお客様で管理をお願いしております。

トーエム野沢はお客様の私物に関しての紛失・損害に関して一切の責任を負いかねます。

GUEST BEHAVIOUR/CODE OF CONDUCT

Entry Refusal: The comfort, safety and security of our guests are of paramount importance. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our team, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, team members or local residents will be requested to leave the premises and will not be offered a refund. Toemu Nozawa management reserve the right to refuse entry of any guests at point of check in, that in their opinion, by allowing to stay would compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, team members or local residents. This decision being at the sole discretion of the General Manger or Duty Manger of the premises in question. Toemu Nozawa reserves the right to refuse entry to the main building including associated establishments located within the building at any time.

立ち入り禁止に関して：お客様に快適に過ごしていただけるように、安全性・セキュリティーを大切にしています。他のお客様、地域住民そしてスタッフの安全性・セキュリティーを損なうような言動に関しては、スタッフが考慮した上で立ち退きを求めることがあります。その場合の返金は発生しません。トーエム野沢の管理者によって、他のお客様、地域住民そしてスタッフの安全性・セキュリティーが保たれないと判断された場合、チェックイン時においても立ち入りを断らせていただくことがあります。

Respect: Guests are expected to respect other guests, our crew, local residents and property.

周囲への配慮：各お客様には、他のお客様、スタッフや地域住民へは敬意を持って接することをお願いしております。

Smoking: Toemu Nozawa operates a no smoking policy throughout the premises. Any guest found smoking within the building will be charged a fee of JPY5000 in order to cover the cost of restoring the area to a smoke-free condition. Further failure to comply will result in the guest(s) being asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund. A smoking area is provided outside.

禁煙：トーエム野沢は館内全面禁煙です。館内で喫煙が発覚した場合、¥5,000の罰金が徴収されます。また、複数回にわたって発覚した場合はその時点で立ち退きを要求する場合があります。その場合は、料金の返金はございません。喫煙所を外に用意がありますので、そちらをご利用ください。

Alcohol: It is an offence for any person under 20 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol or consume alcohol according to the Japan Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Laws. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in and around Toemu Nozawa at any time.

The Certification held by Toemu Nozawau stipulates that any person who is drunk must be removed from the premises.

飲酒：20歳以下の飲酒は違法です。また、違法ドラッグは厳しい処罰に値しますので、トーエム野沢での未成年の飲酒・違法ドラッグは固く禁じます。また、トーエム野沢は泥酔しているお客様で立ち退きを要求する権利を所持しております。

Hazardous Items: The use of candles and lighters within Toemu Nozawa is strictly prohibited at all times. The use of fireworks in and around the premises grounds is strictly prohibited. The use of barbecues and the lighting of fires in and around the premises grounds are strictly prohibited. The use of any item mimicking weapons is prohibited.

危険物：トーエム野沢では、館内でのキャンドル・ライターの使用は禁じられています。敷地内・敷地近くでの花火の使用もまた、固く禁じられております。武器を模倣したものの所持も固くお断りします。

Security: Toemu Nozawa and associated facilities are for the express and sole use of Toemu Nozawa. In the interest of security, guests are requested to refrain from bringing general members of the public (who do not have a booking with the premises) into the premises or into the accommodation provided. 

セキュリティ：トーエム野沢及関連施設は明示的かつ単独で使用するためのものです。安全上の理由から、一般の殻（トーエム野沢に予約のない方）の敷地内への立ち入りはご遠慮ください。

Code of Conduct: Guests are required to give due consideration to the collective needs of others in the premises, to take due care of the facilities provided and to respect the shared areas.

In the interest of maintaining community relations, we expect all clients to refrain from any activity likely to antagonise the local community or bring Toemu Nozawa into disrepute.

Guests are asked to maintain a calm and pleasant atmosphere at all times and keep noise to a reasonable level bearing in mind needs for other guests.

If the Manager/staff member suspects that a person is in any way acting un lawfully, he or she will contact the local police. Guests found to be contravening the above policies may be requested to vacate the premises. No refund will be given as a result of the departure of the guest from the premises in this instance.

行動規範：各お客様は、他のお客様への配慮、常識的なニーズを考慮した上で、施設に十分な注意を払い、共有エリアへの尊重を示すことが要求されます。

地域コミュニティーの関係維持のため、各お客様には地域コミュニティーに敵対したり、トーエム野沢を不利な立場に置くことがない言動をお願いしております。

各お客様には周囲への配慮をし、大きな音をできるだけ立てない様お願いします。

何らかの形で違法行為が発覚した場合、トーエム野沢のスタッフはすぐに警察に連絡をします。上記に反する言動が発覚した場合、速やかに立ち退きを要求する場合があります。その場合、料金の返金はございません。

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Translation Services: In any case that a guest requires a staff member for translation within the premises (local authorities, phone calls etc) the guest can expect to be charged an hourly rate that of the staff members wages. In the case that translation is required outside of the Lodge, guest can expect to be charged a one off fee of JPY5000 and the hourly rate of the attending staff member. This is to be paid in cash on the day.

Emergency Car Service: In the case that a guests requires the use of a driver and a vehicle and if it is available. There will be a one off charge of JPY2000 + the equivalent of the taxi ride. This is to be paid in cash on the day. An extra 20% if this service is required after 10pm

緊急車両：お客様は運転手と車を必要とする場合、¥2,000とタクシー相当の料金をいただきます。当日に現金でお支払いいただき、また22時以降は20%増しになります。

Circumstances without Our Control: Toemu Nozawa cannot accept any liability and will not consider payment of compensation where the booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we or our suppliers could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, Act of God, terrorist activities.

当社の管理が及ばない事象：トーエム野沢は、当社または当社のサプライヤーが十分な注意を払っても予見または回避できなかった状況により予約が履行されなかった場合、いかなる責任も追わず、保証の支払いを考慮しません。この様な事象には、戦争、戦争の今日、市民の騒動または争い、敵対行為、ストライキまたはその他の産業紛争、自然災害、火災、不可抗力、テロ活動が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

Insurance: all our premises are covered with standard protection and liability insurances. If you require a copy in advance, please advise un via email. Customers are not, however, covered by our insurance for personal injury, damage or theft of property whilst in the premises, or public transport delays/cancellations. You are advised to ensure that you are covered independently for such events. We recommend personal travel insurance, including cancellation insurance.

保険：トーエム野沢は標準的な保護及賠償責任保険が適用されています。事前にコピーが必要な場合はメールでお知らせください。ただし、お客様の人身障害、敷地内での財産の損傷または盗難、または公共機関の遅延・キャンセルに対する保険の対象にはなりません。このような事象についていは、各自保険をかけることをお勧めします。キャンセル保険を含む個人旅行護憲がお勧めです。

Age Limit: Everyone who stays with us MUST be over the age of 18 if not accompanied by an adult who can say they are responsible for the duration.

年齢制限：18才未満のお客様は、滞在中は大人の責任者の同伴が必要になります。

OVERSIGHTS & ERRORS

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Toemu Nozawa does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information. 

すべての情報の正確性を確保するために、あらゆる努力を払っていますが、トーエム野沢はいかなる誤り、または漏れに関しては責任を問わず、情報を変更する権利を留保します。

DISCRECTION

All bookings are subject to availability and Toemu Nozawa reserve the right to decline any booking at their sole discretion.

予約は空き状況により利用可能になり、トーエム野沢独自の裁量で予約を拒否する権利を留保します。
